Earth Day 2008

Happy Earth Day!

Editor:
To all you people celebrating Earth Day – enjoy the day. Now open your eyes and understand who you are following. Your leaders are Psychopaths.

There is no other way to describe them. Understand the real meaning of sustainability.

Biofuels = the burning of food = starvation for millions.

Global warming is a complete fraud used to scare the sheep. Don’t be one.

I don’t want to come across as being rude but – if you truly believe and want to follow these madmen, then you must be ready to sacrifice yourself so they can realize their dreams. Are you prepared to die for their beliefs?

This is not fun and games, this is the reality of the situation. By all means do what you can to keep your nest clean, but you must also fight against the Tyranny that is about to befall mankind. Read Agenda 21 now

The big threat to the planet is people: there are too many,
doing too well economically and burning too much oil.

Sir James Lovelock,
BBC Interview (2002)

My three main goals would be to reduce human population to
about 100 million worldwide, destroy the industrial infrastructure
and see wilderness, with it’s full complement of species,
returning throughout the world

Dave Foreman,
Earth First! co-founder

“… current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the

Wind Farms and Chemtrails – Welcome to Kincardine

April 17, 2008

Kincardine Ontario is being surrounded by wind farms. Now we are being sprayed by chemicals. Are the people of this province ever going to wake up.

The sky was a perfect blue early this morning, then the planes came.

They sprayed most of the day, and the blue sky turned into a sick looking milky colour.

Take a look at the pics and then google chemtrails.

Make sure you read Agenda 21. There’s a link at the top of the blog.

Earth Hour Scam – Hope you enjoyed your hour in the Dark

March 29, 2008
I know I enjoyed it. Normally I’m very careful about how much energy I use. Tonight between 8 and 9PM I turned on all my lights and turned up the heat.I’m glad people care about the environment, so do I. Global Warming and Earth Hour have nothing to do with saving the environment or the earth. Hate to be the one to break the news to you, but you had to be told.

Behind the Gore Barrick Link: Maurice Strong and the 1001 Club

Behind the Gore Barrick Link: Maurice Strong and the 1001 Club

APRIL 13, (LPAC)–Although Al Gore has cancelled the Barrick Gold-sponsorship of his speaking engagement in Chile, as the result of a building, LPAC-triggered scandal over Barrick’s ties to the genocide in the Great Lakes region of Africa in 1994, the former Vice President’s ties to the Canadian firm run a whole lot deeper than one overpriced speech. Although former President George H.W. Bush and former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney are both Barrick board members, the company was founded and is, to this day, run by Peter Munk, a Canadian businessman who also happens to be a protege of Gore’s own mentor Maurice Strong. The Canadian-born Strong is a righthand man to Prince Philip at the Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF), and is also a pivotal figure in the shadowy WWF funding front, the 1001 Club. 1001 Club was a joint venture of Prince Philip and the late “Nazi Prince” Bernhard of the Netherlands, who launched the private, by-invitation-only Club in the late 1960s to bankroll the worldwide green offensive. At any given time 1001 prominent, wealthy individuals are members in the Club, and they each pay a $10,000 admission fee and annual dues, providing WWF with a revolving $10 million private operating fund. When the 1001 Club was first put together, Maurice Strong helped hand pick the members, and personally vetted all of the Canadian members–including Barrick Gold’s Peter Munk.

Strong has been linked with Gore in a string of shady “green” business ventures, including Molten Metal, a Massachusetts firm that claimed to have invented a sewage treatment system. The company milked the Federal government out of tens of millions of dollars, the patented system proved to be a dud, and Strong, along with Al Gore’s one-time chief of staff and current business partner at the Generation hedge fund in London, Peter Knight, sold off their company shares at a handsome profit based on inside information, just before the stock and the company tanked.

It does however, have everything with you willingly giving up your rights.

Earth Day is a misnomer. Only a tiny fraction of the worlds countries are even involved and they tend to be the ones that are being forced into accepting wind farms, biofuels and carbon trading.

Climate Change? Forget About It: McGuinty Liberals

March 27, 2008

Editor
Dalton McGuinty: Climate Change denier or just a realist?”

Dalton McGuinty is a fool. I’ve said it before and I will continue to say it until I’m convinced otherwise. As far as energy policy is concerned, he has allowed global warming fanatics like David Suzuki, Al Gore, Robert Hornung, of CanWEA, and the media to make the decisions.

We do not have leaders in this province or country. A leader would lead. Our elected officials are followers. They follow fanatics, polls and the media. Hell, Gordon Campbell, Premiere of BC, says his provincial budget is partly based on a book he read, that was written by Al, the scam artist, Gore.

Give the energy policy back to the people who know what they are doing. Energy is too important to be left to the whims of politicians.

The coal plants will never close. McGuinty even made a statement to that affect. He said he would shut them down but keep them operational in case we need them in the future. Instead of worrying about the C02 boogie man, put the scrubbers on the coal plants. Since McGuinty first came to power in 2003 he has put the health of thousands at risk, a risk that could have been removed by installing the scrubbers.

You can bet your last dollar that we are going to need the the coal plants. Look at Germany says Robert Hornung, they are the leader in wind power. Ya Robert, lets look at Germany, they have the most wind turbines, they also have very high electrical rates and the wind turbines work so well that Germany is in the process of building 26 coal plants.

The coal plants will never close in Ontario.

That’s a Fact! Jack

Climate Change? Forget About It: McGuinty Liberals
Liberal Premier of Ontario Dalton McGuinty: Climate Change denier or just a realist?

(Note: This is a perfect follow-up to my previous post, Higher Energy Bills Likely With Emissions Reductions: Harper )

I didn’t make this up. Ontario’s Liberal government yesterday brought down its socialistic budget… and, according to the Toronto Sun’s Lorrie Goldstein, did not really pay anything more than throwaway, afterthought lip service to the supposedly most critically important issue facing the planet, global warming/climate change. Emphasis mine.

This is interesing. And it speaks volumes…

What ever happened to fighting the greatest threat known to mankind in yesterday’s Ontario budget?

Incredibly, Finance Minister Dwight Duncan didn’t mention “global warming” at all in his 14-page budget speech. “Climate change” got only one mention, in one brief sentence, on page 10.

Even that was two pages back of his apparently all-important plan “to enhance the Ontario Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit.”

The budget itself devoted just three of 158 pages (1.9%) to all environmental issues, many of which have nothing to do with global warming.

(…)

Finally, and most tellingly, the media didn’t ask one question of Duncan, Conservative Leader John Tory or NDP Leader Howard Hampton in three separate news conferences, about Premier Dalton McGuinty’s plans to fight climate change — not even as we all merrily prepare for “Earth Hour” this Saturday.

Minutes count when saving Earth
By LORRIE GOLDSTEIN

checkCookie();

This Saturday, March 29, starting at 8 p.m., 24 “global cities,” including Toronto, will be participating in “Earth Hour.” The aim is to encourage people to turn their lights off for an hour to promote awareness of man-made global warming.HERE IS MY ITINERARY:

8:00 p.m. — Turn off lights before leaving house — naked — mindful of George Monbiot’s warning in Heat: How to Stop the Planet From Burning, that the campaign against global warming is a campaign in favour of austerity. In this light, I have decided to give up clothes, the manufacture of which is a major source of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

8:01 p.m. — Hug tree.

8:02 p.m. — Lecture next-door neighbour about his stupid idea of holding community barbecue to celebrate Earth Hour, noting burning charcoal, propane and natural gas to heat barbecues emits GHG. Angrily ask neighbour why he is cooking chicken and hamburger, given that meat production is a major source of GHG. Demand neighbour serve chicken and hamburger to guests raw, noting food poisoning is a small price to pay for preventing cataclysmic climate change and making the world safe for Al Gore.

fctAdTag(“bigbox”,MyGenericTagVar,1);

8:05 p.m. — Run screaming from climate denier neighbour chasing me with spatula yelling “you !@$%$#$ idiot, get off my property!!!!”

8:10 p.m. — Hastily enter car, using keys strategically hidden for this purpose in hair. Drive to Hwy. 401 entrance ramp, refusing to turn on headlights in tribute to Earth Hour, ignoring frantic warnings by climate denier fellow motorists that my headlights are off.

8:15 p.m. — Travelling at 100 clicks per hour in centre lane of Hwy. 401, with no headlights, turn engine off in order to coast to stop, making important symbolic statement about car travel being a major contributor to global warming.

8:20 p.m. — Drive quickly away from 35-vehicle crash immediately behind me, caused by climate denier motorists foolishly driving on highway at speed limit with headlights on, attempting to avoid my stopped vehicle in centre lane with headlights off.

8:25 p.m. — Contact David Suzuki Foundation by cell phone, challenging them “to put a lot of effort into trying to see whether there’s a legal way of throwing into jail” so-called environmentalists who self-righteously lecture everyone else about reducing their carbon footprint, while having fathered five children in two marriages, perhaps because they missed the Environment 101 class in university about Zero Population Growth.

8:30 p.m. — Contact Nanticoke coal-fired electricity-generating station by cell phone, pretending to be Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty, demanding to know why GHG and pollution-spewing plant hasn’t been shut down as I promised voters in 2003. Challenged by switchboard operator to provide proof I really am Dalton McGuinty, I promise not to raise her taxes.

8:35 p.m. — Attempt to evade capture by climate denier Ontario Provincial Police officers chasing me down highway in cruisers, after climate denier Nanticoke switchboard operator contacts them complaining about some lunatic pretending to be the premier of Ontario.

8:40 p.m. — Place call to family from holding cell at OPP headquarters, asking them to come down and bail me out on numerous charges. Also ask them to bring clothes.

8:50 p.m. — Lecture climate denier OPP sergeant while leaving station that he should replace incandescent light bulbs in holding cell with fluorescent lighting to save planet.

9:00 p.m. — Return home. Take prescribed sedative. Go to bed.

Enron and the Environmental Movement

March 25, 2008
Editor
Notice in the article where it refers to “some scientists” not a consensus Enron got the cap removed from gas and Enron got the first incentives for wind farms. Because wind farms are intermittent and they are backed up with gas Enron stood to make a fortune, as do players today. The worst part is that your tax dollars are subsidizing the scam. It’s now 2008, when does the scam get shut down.

Mention Enron and the response is always the same.

SCAM

So what is different today? NOTHING. Same scam different day. Enron on steroids is the only way to describe what is taking place today. Enron didn’t care about the environment and neither does Gore.
They care about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
and they are quite prepared to surround your house with wind turbines to get it.
It appears Gore liked what he saw from Enron and decided to carry on where they left off. You have to give Gore credit. He’s the only one I know that has managed to get both an Oscar and a Nobel Prize for a scam. Good work Al.

Enron and the Environmental Movement:
Global Warming Politics Makes for Strange Bedfellows

by Amy Ridenour January 2002

With a payoff worth tens of billions of dollars at stake, Enron Corporation laid out millions in campaign contributions in the 1990s apparently in part to persuade the Clinton Administration and the U.S. Senate to support the Kyoto global warming treaty.

Enron hoped to cash in on the Kyoto treaty by masterminding a worldwide trading network in which major industries could buy and sell credits to emit carbon dioxide – the inert gas that some scientists and most environmentalists believe contributes to global warming.

The Houston firm’s lobbying push appeared to be on the verge of success when Vice President Al Gore signed the Kyoto Protocol in November of 1998.

There was a fly in the ointment, however. Ratification of the treaty would have required the U.S. to cut back its CO2 emissions levels by seven percent from 1990 levels, while the treaty allowed major emerging nations such as China, India and Indonesia a free hand in developing industries that spew carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

The Clinton Administration’s interest in obtaining an international agreement to fight global warming meshed with Enron’s dream of huge profits from new investments in natural gas utilities and pipelines. Ratification of the Kyoto treaty would have played into Enron’s greed by forcing the U.S. to switch from coal-fired power plants to ones fueled by cleaner-burning natural gas. The trading surge in emission credits thus would have funneled an ever-increasing flow of cash into its coffers.

As overseer of a global trading network, Enron almost certainly would have leap-frogged ahead of many older, established companies that actually produce far more energy than Enron, essentially an energy broker.

When the Senate took a hard look at the potential overall economic impact of the Kyoto proposal, it quickly voted 95-0 to urge the White House not to send it any treaty that would have an adverse impact on the nation’s economy.

Indeed, the Clinton Administration, although pressured heavily by Enron and such unlikely company allies as the Union of Concerned Scientists and the Natural Resources Defense Council, never sent the treaty to the Senate for ratification.

Two studies by impartial third parties show why: The Energy Information Administration, the official forecasting arm of the Energy Department, found that meeting the Kyoto greenhouse gas limits would increase gasoline prices by 52 percent and electricity prices by 86 percent, and decrease our national gross domestic product (GDP) by 4.2 percent.

A study by Dr. Stephen Brown, Senior Economist of the Federal Reserve Bank of Texas, found that under a best case scenario, reducing CO2 emissions seven percent below 1990 levels – as required under the Kyoto accord – would represent a loss of between three percent to 4.3 percent of U.S. GDP. That comes out to $921 to $1,320 per person and $3,684 to $5,280 for a family of four. Under a worst-case scenario, meeting the Kyoto mandate could cost the average family of four $6,400 a year.

When it became apparent that the Kyoto treaty had little chance of Senate ratification, Enron’s well-heeled lobbying corps began seeking ways to implement the treaty provisions most favorable to them through backdoor means.

As part of the strategy, CEO Kenneth Lay signed Enron onto the Business Environmental Leadership Council of the Pew Center for Global Climate Change, a left-leaning think-tank headed by Eileen Claussen, a former Environmental Protection Agency and State Department official in the Clinton Administration.

The Pew Center has waged an expensive propaganda campaign over the past few years aimed at convincing journalists that global warming is a dire threat.

Other companies joining Pew’s Business Environmental Leadership Council also stood to gain vast sums if federal regulators imposed strict new limits on carbon dioxide emissions, including such powerhouses as Boeing, British Petroleum, International Paper, Lockheed-Martin, Maytag, 3M, Toyota, Weyerhaeuser and Whirlpool.

Lay, a close personal friend of leading Republicans and Democrats, also joined two far-left environmental groups – the Union of Concerned Scientists and the Natural Resources Defense Council – in calling for new curbs on emitting CO2 into the atmosphere.

Enron might well have been successful in its latest campaign to persuade the Bush Administration to announce far-reaching restrictions on CO2 if the company’s apparently devious financial machinations hadn’t plunged it into collapse.

Its intricate involvement in, and financing of, a national campaign to ratify the Kyoto global warming treaty and impose carbon caps on much of American industry raises important questions that Congressional hearings likely will explore in the weeks ahead. Among them:

* How much of the campaign was financed by money from Enron’s coffers? In spreading it around did the company violate federal election and lobbying laws?

* How duplicitous were the environmental groups that joined Enron in its crusade for Kyoto? Did these organizations financially benefit from their strange bedfellow alliance with giant energy company?

* Did federal and state lawmakers and federal officials in the Bush and Clinton administrations intentionally violate campaign or fraud laws by accepting gifts, gratuities or future high-level positions in return for supporting the company?

Interesting questions all, and the answers likely will determine just how far the unfolding net of the Enron scandal travels and whom it ensnares. The public deserves complete and comprehensive answers to those questions, no matter whose illusions are shattered.
