Canadian Oath Keeper on the Jack McLamb Radio Show

September 17, 2009

Jack has been the leader of an organization called Police & Military Against The New World Order for more than 30 years and has a regular radio show that chronicles his work and that movement.

Jack  asked Doug Schapira to come onto the show to discuss Oath Keepers of Canada, a concept that seeks to inspire Patriotic Canadian policemen and soldiers to not comply with the mandates of the New World Order and to refuse to carry out orders that violate the freedom, fundamental rights, health, property rights, individual/ national sovereignty and safety of their fellow Canadians.

Climate experts get key US posts

Prof John Holdren (file image)

Mr Holdren says climate change is already causing widespread harm

US President-elect Barack Obama has nominated two leading global warming specialists for key science posts in his administration.

Harvard physicist John Holdren will be Mr Obama’s scientific adviser while marine biologist Jane Lubchenco will head the US oceanic research body.

Both have advocated greater government action on climate change.

Their appointments have been seen as a sign of Mr Obama’s commitment to tackling environmental issues.

In his weekly address, Mr Obama said that “today, more than ever before, science holds the key to our survival as a planet and our security and prosperity as a nation”.

He said it was “time we once again put science at the top of our agenda” and that he was confident that the US could “lead the world into a new future of peace and prosperity”.

‘Respectful’

Mr Holdren was described by Mr Obama as “one of the most passionate and persistent voices of our time about the growing threat of climate change”.

Jane Lubchenco

Ms Lubchenco has criticised the Bush administration’s scientific policies

He has said that climate change is already causing widespread harm and has called for a more robust government response.

Mr Holdren will become director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and the co-chair of the Council of Advisers on Science and Technology.

He will share the latter post with Nobel Prize-winning scientist Harold Varmus and Eric Lander, a specialist in human genome research.

Mr Lander’s appointment has been seen as an indication of Mr Obama’s willingness to break from President George Bush’s resistance to genetic research.

Meanwhile, Ms Lubchenco will direct the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) which monitors global weather patterns and ocean currents.

She had criticised the Bush administration earlier this year for not being “respectful” of science.

“I am very much looking forward to a new administration that does respect scientific information and that considers it very seriously in making environmental policies,” she said.

Mr Obama, who takes office on 20 January, has now filled all the posts in the cabinet. However all nominees must still be vetted and approved by the Senate.

Two Inspiring Stories in 2008

November 27, 2008

Editor: In a year of continuous bad news, these two stories are a bright spot.

Ireland voted no on the Lisbon treaty – proving that a small country can still stand up.

New Zealand – the first country to openly question global warming.

Two small countries take a stand.

May we learn from them.

Lets make 2009 the year we beat back the NWO threat and take back control of our nation states. If we have to throw every politician out of office to accomplish the task, so be it.

We are not globalists – we are citizens of our respective countries.

Let us never give up that freedom!

Be proud of your country

Be proud of your country

Australian Climate Madness: Bravo New Zealand

The government has also suggested a possible review of the science behind climate change, a move that has outraged environmental groups, who say New Zealand’s reputation will be damaged if the concept of global warming is questioned.

Have you ever heard such unadulterated nonsense in a single sentence? Did I read that correctly? A possible review has “outraged environmental groups”? Sorry, is this science we’re talking about, or the dogma of religion? Perish the thought that the divine words of the IPCC, as spoken through the prophet Al Gore, should ever be questioned. Quick, throw another heretic on the fire.

As for their reputation being damaged, in my book, it’s quite the reverse. Bravo New Zealand.

Will People Ever Learn?

November 27, 2008

Editor: Will people ever learn – or as the late George Carlin said,  people “will probably remain willfully ignorant”.

Global warming is a fraud as is the financial crisis and the wind industry.

The game is always the same – a false crisis followed by a solution. Resulting in the loss of your money, rights and freedoms.

Below are some quotes that should get you asking questions.

“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It is simply too painful to acknowledge – even to ourselves – that we’ve been so credulous.” – Carl Sagan

Warning sounded on web's future – Thought Police are on Way!

September 15, 2008

Wow!

I will no longer have to think for myself. Some ‘body of the super intelligent” will do my thinking for me. They will decide “the truth” I’m to believe. Am I to believe the BBC,CBC,Fox,CNN,etc?

Are these the organizations that I am to trust to give me the truth? or are they the ones to be marked as the spreaders of disinformation?

If you are out of work, you may find gainful employment with the “Ministry of Thought.”

Warning sounded on web’s future

Some feared firing up the LHC would doom the Earth

The internet needs a way to help people separate rumour from real science, says the creator of the World Wide Web.

Talking to BBC News Sir Tim Berners-Lee said he was increasingly worried about the way the web has been used to spread disinformation.

Sir Tim spoke prior to the unveiling of a Foundation he has co-created that aims to make the web truly worldwide.

It will also look at ways to help people decide if sites are trustworthy and reliable sources of information.

Future proof

Sir Tim talked to the BBC in the week in which Cern, where he did his pioneering work on the web, turned on the Large Hadron Collider for the first time.

The use of the web to spread fears that flicking the switch on the LHC could create a Black Hole that could swallow up the Earth particularly concerned him, he said. In a similar vein was the spread of rumours that the MMR vaccine given to children in Britain was harmful.

Sir Tim told BBC News that there needed to be new systems that would give websites a label for trustworthiness once they had been proved reliable sources.

“On the web the thinking of cults can spread very rapidly and suddenly a cult which was 12 people who had some deep personal issues suddenly find a formula which is very believable,” he said. “A sort of conspiracy theory of sorts and which you can imagine spreading to thousands of people and being deeply damaging.”

Al Gore’s Energy Speech and the Meaning Behind the Words

July 18, 2008

The following is the text of Al Gore’s major energy policy speech given on Thursday, July 17th, 2008.

There are times in the history of our nation when our very way of life depends upon dispelling illusions and awakening to the challenge of a present danger. In such moments, we are called upon to move quickly and boldly to shake off complacency, throw aside old habits and rise, clear-eyed and alert, to the necessity of big changes.
Those who, for whatever reason, refuse to do their part must either be
persuaded to join the effort or asked to step aside. This is such a
moment.

The survival of the United States of America as we know it is at risk. And even more – if more should be required – the future of human civilization is at stake. I don’t remember a time in our country when so many things seemed to be going so wrong simultaneously. Our economy is in terrible shape and getting worse, gasoline prices are increasing dramatically, and so are electricity rates. Jobs are being outsourced. Home mortgages are in trouble. Banks, automobile companies and other institutions we depend upon are under growing pressure. Distinguished senior business leaders are telling us that this is just the beginning unless we find the courage to make some major changes quickly.

The climate crisis, in particular, is getting a lot worse – much more quickly than predicted. Scientists with access to data from Navy submarines traversing underneath the North polar ice cap have warned that there is now a 75 percent chance that within five years the entire ice cap will completely disappear during the summer months. This will further increase the melting pressure on Greenland. According to experts, the Jakobshavn glacier, one of Greenland’s largest, is moving at a faster rate than ever before, losing 20 million tons of ice every day, equivalent to the amount of water used every year by the residents of New York City.

Two major studies from military intelligence experts have warned our

leaders about the dangerous national security implications of the climate crisis, including the possibility of hundreds of millions of climate refugees destabilizing nations around the world. Just two days ago, 27 senior statesmen and retired military leaders warned of thenational security threat from an “energy tsunami” that would be triggered by a loss of our access to foreign oil.

Al’s friends talk about democracy

The concept of national sovereignty has been immutable,
indeed a sacred principle of international relations.
It is a principle which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to
the new imperatives of global environmental cooperation.

UN Commission on Global Governance report

“Democracy is not a panacea. It cannot organize everything and it is unaware of its own limits. These facts must be faced squarely.
Sacrilegious though this may sound, democracy is no longer well
suited for the tasks ahead. The complexity and the technical nature
of many of today’s problems do not always allow elected
representatives to make competent decisions at the right time.

Club of Rome,
The First Global Revolution

The emerging ‘environmentalization’ of our civilization

I perceive the utmost urgency and absolute necessity for proper
Earth government. There is no shadow of a doubt that the present

We must therefore absolutely and urgently look for new ways.”

Ireland Rejects the EU in Vote

June 13, 2008

Editor:
I’m proud ,
this morning, to have some Irish blood in my veins .

Ireland stands proud and free.

The EU and the UN want your rights. Don’t give them up. May the rest of us learn from from your example.

Congratulations Ireland

.

Irish EU vote lost, officials say

Counters checking votes

European leaders said they had no “plan B” if the treaty was rejected

Substantial vote tallies across Ireland show the European Union Lisbon reform treaty has been rejected, Irish Justice Minister Dermot Ahern has said.

European Commission head Jose Manuel Barroso said all indications were that Ireland had indeed rejected the treaty.

He called for other states to continue their ratification processes and said a solution should be sought.

The treaty must be ratified by all 27 members. Only Ireland has held a public vote on it.

With results in from 39 of 43 constituencies, the No campaign was ahead by 53.6% to 46.4%, state broadcaster RTE reported.

Mr Ahern was the first senior figure from the Irish government to admit that it looked like the treaty had failed.

“It looks like this will be a No vote,” Mr Ahern said on live television. “At the end of the day, for a myriad of reasons, the people have spoken.”

Obviously it’s disappointing. It’s quite clear there’s a very substantial No vote
Dermot Ahern, Justice Minister

He said it looked like other EU countries would ratify the treaty, so an Irish No vote would leave the EU in “uncharted waters”.

Earlier, Europe Minister Dick Roche had admitted “it is not looking good”

In Irish polls, tally counters in each constituency watch votes being sorted and make their own count, giving early indications of how a vote is going.

The BBC’s Oana Lungescu in Brussels says EU leaders are bracing for defeat but are expected to press on with the treaty, which is meant to streamline decision-making in the now expanded EU.

However, she says, the third failed referendum in three years on the EU’s reform plans is bound to undermine the bloc’s public legitimacy and dent its confidence when it faces other big players on the world stage.

The people of Ireland have shown enormous courage and wisdom in analysing the facts presented to them and making the decision they have
Declan Ganley, Libertas

European leaders earlier said they had no “plan B” for how to proceed if Ireland’s electorate voted No.

“If the Irish people decide to reject the treaty of Lisbon, naturally, there will be no treaty of Lisbon,” French Prime Minister Francois Fillon said on Thursday night.

Declan Ganley of the anti-treaty lobby group Libertas said that if the No vote had indeed triumphed that it was “a great day for Ireland”.

“The people of Ireland have shown enormous courage and wisdom in analysing the facts presented to them and making the decision they have,” Mr Ganley said.
