NASA recently revised their list of the ten hottest years on record. The unrevised list was cited by Al Gore in his film “An Inconvienent Truth,” where he assured us that the ten hottest years on Earth have all occured since 1995. The new, CORRECT list released by NASA (which is where all official whether data comes from) is as follows:

Ten Hottest Years on Earth (starting with the hottest):

1. 1934

2. 1998

3. 1921

4. 2006

5. 1931

6. 1999

7. 1953

8. 1990

9. 1938

10. 1939

Also, NASA also announced that the Earth’s average tempurture has DROPPED by 0.15 degrees celsus. That’s right people, the globe has been cooling for the last 7 years. That is if you believe NASA.

Oh, and about the Polar Ice Caps that have been melting for the last 10 years…recent data reveals that the ice caps have actually THICKENED by a minimal amount over the last decade. It’s funny how that story didn’t make it onto the national news.

And just so everyone who wasn’t alive back then is informed, in the 1970’s there was widespread panic throughout the world because “scientific evidence” suggested the Earth was about to enter another Ice Age. Seriously, ask your parents.

Tories' green plan a fraud: Gore

The Conservatives’ new environmental platform is a “complete and total fraud” that is “designed to mislead the Canadian people,” former U.S. vice-president Al Gore said today.

The noted environmentalist was presenting his documentary “An Inconvenient Truth” in Toronto at a consumer environmental show, with Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty and environmentalist David Suzuki in attendance.

Gore praised Suzuki for confronting Environment Minister John Baird on Friday, saying he saw the two exchange words on TV.

When Baird told Suzuki the Conservatives were going further than any other government in Canadian history, Suzuki said it wasn’t enough.

I’ve never been a big cheerleader for the Conservatives but the Liberals are so far off base it is sickening, Gore is making a fortune from carbon trades, Maurice Strong is on the board of directors for the Suzuki foundation. The Ont. Liberals are fools taken in by big business trying to win the vote by trying to look green. The coal plants in Ont. are still spewing health  harming emissions. CO2 is not one of them. We are living  with chicken little just like Iraq. Kill the spin and demand the truth.

Canada’s dumbest politician

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a surprise winner for the stupidest comment ever made by a Canadian politician about the environment. We know a lot of you were expecting it would be Stephen Harper, John Baird, Stephane Dion or a member of the Alberta legislature.

But our winner is Dwight Duncan, Ontario’s energy minister, who says Ontario’s Liberal government won’t install scrubbers on the smokestacks of its coal-fired electricity generating stations — among Canada’s, and North America’s, worst emitters of air pollution and greenhouse gases.

As Duncan put it: “We’re not going to spend $1.6 billion on technology that doesn’t help climate change. That’s just dumb.”

Actually, Mr. Duncan, what you’ve just said is dumb. It’s so dumb that whenever anyone looks up “dumb” in the dictionary, there should be a picture of you.
